Q. What causes a woman’s body go out of shape?

A. Fats accumulate in the female body more easily than in the male body. Ageing and/or child-birth, coupled with a lack of exercise and the pull of gravity can cause the skin to gradually lose its elasticity and the fats will then sag naturally. Q. How long does it take before I see improvements to my figure? Will the changes remain even after I stop wearing the body shaping lingerie?
